1. Standard Maintenance Clean

Focus: Removing daily dust and sanitising frequently touched areas.

  • Kitchen: Wipe exterior of appliances, clean stovetop, wipe countertops, and clean the sink.

  • Bathrooms: Sanitise toilet, shower/bath, and sink; polish mirrors.

  • Living/Bedrooms: Dust visible surfaces (tables, mantels), tidy cushions, and quick-vacuum high-traffic rugs.

  • Floors: Vacuum and mop open floor spaces.

  • The Goal: Keep the home looking and smelling fresh for your day-to-day life.


2. Deep Reset Clean

Focus: Removing built-up grime and reaching the "forgotten" spots.

Everything in the Standard Maintenance Clean’ checklist, plus:

  • Inside Appliances: Wiping inside the microwave and fridge.

  • Woodwork: Hand-wiping skirting boards, door frames, and window sills.

  • Limescale: Intensive descaling of showerheads and taps.

  • High Dusting: Reaching the tops of wardrobes, ceiling fans, and light fixtures.

  • Behind/Under: Vacuuming under the sofa and behind light furniture.

  • The Goal: To reset the home to a "like-new" condition.

3. The All Works Clean Ltd: EOT Checklist

Every room. Every surface. Every detail.

1. The Kitchen (The #1 Inspection Area)

  • Appliances: Deep clean inside and outside the oven (including racks/trays), hob, microwave, fridge (defrosted), and dishwasher.

  • Degreasing: Full degrease of extractor fan filters, wall tiles, and splashbacks.

  • Storage: All cupboards and drawers emptied and wiped out (including on top of units).

  • Finishing: Sink descaled, taps polished, and kickboards wiped. 

2. Bathrooms (Limescale & Mould Focus)

  • Sanitisation: Deep scrub and disinfection of the toilet (inside/out), bathtub, and shower basin.

  • Descaling: Full removal of limescale and soap scum from shower screens, taps, and showerheads.

  • Tiling: Grout scrubbed to remove mould; mirrors and glass polished to a streak-free finish.

  • Fittings: Radiators and towel rails wiped; extractor fans cleared of dust.

3. Bedrooms & Living Areas

  • Internal Woodwork: Dusting and wiping of all skirting boards, picture rails, door frames, and the tops of doors.

  • Fittings: Sanitisation of all light switches, plug sockets, and door handles.

  • Storage: Inside and outside of all fitted wardrobes and drawers.

  • Furniture: All free-standing furniture dusted and polished; sofa cushions moved to vacuum underneath.

4. Property-Wide Standards

  • Windows: Internal glass, frames, and sills cleaned and polished.

  • Cobwebs: Removed from all ceilings, corners, and light fittings.

  • Flooring: All carpets thoroughly vacuumed (including edges); hard floors mopped and sanitised.

  • Walls: Removal of surface cobwebs and light marks where possible.
