All Works Clean LTD is a premium cleaning company operating across South West London. We specialise in high-end residential maintenance, 5-star Airbnb changeovers, and professional commercial and office spaces.

We do things differently. We are a tech-forward business powered by the ProCleaner UK platform — no messy paperwork, no manual logging, no guessing games. Your schedules, client details and job checklists live right inside a simple app on your phone.

What You'll Do

• Residential & Airbnb: Perform meticulous domestic cleans or fast-paced short-stay changeovers during daytime hours

• Commercial Work: Deliver high-standard office and retail cleans, often scheduled out-of-hours to avoid disrupting businesses

• Follow site-specific digital task checklists via our smartphone app to ensure a consistent, 5-star finish

• Submit digital before & after photo verification through the app on job completion

What We Offer

• Excellent Pay: £14/hr for regular domestic cleans — £16/hr for one-off, deep cleans, Airbnb changeovers and commercial work

• Total Flexibility: Manage your availability directly in the app — choose daytime domestic shifts, evening commercial slots, or a mix of both

• Transparent Earnings: Track completed jobs and pending payouts in real time — no chasing invoices

• DBS Reimbursement: We'll reimburse your £21.50 Basic DBS check cost after your first 3 completed jobs as a welcome bonus

Requirements — Please Only Apply If You Meet All of the Following

• Proven experience in professional domestic, Airbnb or commercial cleaning

• Registered as self-employed with HMRC and able to provide a valid UTR number

• Your own Public Liability Insurance (minimum £1M–£2M cover) — proof required before work begins

• Your own full professional cleaning kit including a vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket and all necessary tools

• Commitment to using plant-based and eco-friendly cleaning products exclusively

• A reliable smartphone with mobile data to access schedules and checklists

• Based in or within easy travelling distance of SW London postcodes

• Valid Right to Work in the UK

• Willingness to obtain a Basic DBS check via gov.uk (£21.50) — reimbursed after your first 3 jobs
